Riding with cop, no seatbelt?
So you are in the back of a police car and they don't buckle you in, then later they hit a deer and you get hurt, is that a lawsuit you think?

If you are handcuffed it might be. If not then it is your responsibility to buckle up.

Depends, most cops put the seat belt on you after they put you in the back seat.
