Do you use a mouse or a pen tablet to draw in adobe photoshop?

I use a Wacom Cintiq for photographic restoration/ retouching and graphic art and design in Photoshop, Illustrator and Corel Draw. It is an invaluable tool for precise, fiddly work. I can work quicker and accurately (try to draw/write with a mouse and you'll see what I mean) Plus a good pen tablet provides/supports features such as pen pressure and tilt which alow intuitive adjustment to stroke width/thickness and 'ink' characteristics on the fly.
