Attic a/c leaking water?
The pan is draining just fine, the water is coming from the air handling supply box out of some tape that failed. What I want to know is how is water getting there, any help?

Water condenses on the evaporator coils that cool the air like sweat on a glass of icewater.
That water drips inside the unit to a pan that drains outside. If the drain clogs the overflow will drain into a second pan installed under the air handler.
Unclog the primary drain line. Look outside and make sure there is nothing clogging it up.
You can use a short burst from a hose to unclog it. I believe thay also make a liquid you can pour inside the air handler to kill algae that closs the drain.
Check your outside drain periodically to make sure water's coming out.
If both drains get clogged you can cause a leak of several gallons a day from your air handler.

it is not leaking water, it particularly is condensation from the cooling unit. completely conventional (why do you assume it has a drip pan?). in spite of the undeniable fact that, if that is draining into your place, you elect some variety of drainage hose to a secure region, this could be a factor of any deent installatioon.
