Do you think Big 12 will add any other schools to their conference?
I heard that Arkansas might join and even crazier Notre Dame is being mentioned, and you guessed it none other than Jerry Jones has his hand in it.

I think that Texas, Oklahoma, Texas A&M and even Texas Tech.after 1 or 2 seasons (at the MOST) of playing, without Nebraska and Colorado, and with constant pressure being put on the "other" teams in the conference, will force those teams to look elsewhere to "better" their situation.
The "lesser teams" - Kansas, KSU, OSU and Iowa State - will put out feelers to surrounding conferences, if they haven't done that already.
I don't see the Big XII being much of a conference, if any, in 5-7 years.
BTW - If Notre Dame wouldn't join the Big Ten, why in the hell would they join the now weakened Big XII?
Arkansas? Who cares? (except Arkansas fans)

If they did it would most likely be 1 more school from Texas (either TCU or Houston) and I would go on a limb and say Memphis. The reason is that they are ok at football in Conference USA and they have a top 10 basketball program and they would open up new TV markets for the conference.

I dont think either team is going to join the Big 12, but if i were to bring 2 teams in the first two i would invite are TCU and Houston yeah i know thats alot of teams from Texas but honestly Texas makes up most of the Big 12, Oklahoma does crap in bowl games *look past 7 years that will tell ya how they do* and thats about it.

I don't see any chance that ND would join this mix except that the Big 12 is allowing teams to negotiate their own TV contracts, as ND already has. That would turn their heads a little. Not as outlandish as I thought when I started typing
Arkansas and Texas used to have a tremendous rivalry when they were in the SW Conference together. I had no idea how bitter it was until I spent a November and winter in Little Rock. It seemed every store in the city had signs up before the Texas game. It seemed to me to be more total than Columbus, Ohio before a UM game. I don't think they are that involved with anyone in the sec and could see them moving if they aren't in a long-term sec contract.
How about Boise State? They are undefeated against the Big 12 in bowl games(not really that many) and are 3-1 against TCU as far as being competitive. Make them trial members and see if they are for real.
