Looking for antiquated automotove A/C component?

In the 70's era, there was an a/c component that was available for purchase to add a/c to a vehicle that was not so equipped. This device contained the evaporator unit, the fan and the controls for the older r-12 systems and was self contained to hang under the dash board of older vehicles.

I am in the market for a couple of these to put in a Classic Winnebago Motor home and If anyone has any idea where they can be located, I would really appreciate a link or a phone number.

Thanks in advance.

Update:

Forgot to mention the compressor, condenser and filter/dryer all mounted under the hood and were not an actual component of the under dash assembly.

Get a roof mount evaporative unit for your Winnebago, or better yet two. An engine driven unit will not cool it adequately, and you will have problems with the long hose runs.

If I remember right from my days of hauling refrigerated freight,I was getting a reefer unit worked on once at a ThermoKing repair shop. While I was waiting I remember looking at a brochure they had self-contained A/C units for trucks and such. You could try something like that.
