After the divorce, retirement split,To receive?

I was awarded one half of retirement, it's was acquired in another state. I am moving back to that state. How long will it take till I start receiving monies . I"m going to vacate marital residence The Judge said I have a reasonable time to vacate. How long is reasonable?

Thanks for your answers. I do have an Attorney, Just wanted to know now. Haven't gotten divorce decree yet. It's the weekend. Just got divorced

    All of these things should have been addressed in YOUR decree.

    What does YOUR decree say about your own issues?

    Judges and women are assholes to take half a retirement. That's HIS money. You didn't help him with that. Gold digger!
