Drugstore shampoo vs pricier "stylist" shampoo?

What do you think? Is it worth the splurge? And which is your favourite shampoo (brand please)? Thanks for the answers!

I definitely think that the brands you get at the drugstore are just as good as salon brands! My favorite brand is BedHead Brunette Goddess!:

It smells like coconut, and always gets my hair super clean and really bouncy!

Go to Ross or TJMaxx - they carried those brand name salon shampoos at half the price. I learned the hard way and I'm having to spend money on treatments to repair the damage that regular shampoo has done to my hair. Big Sexy Hair and Heathy Sexy hair are my favs and I only pay $10 a bottle and it lasts me MONTHS.

No. My favorite brand is Thicker Fuller Hair which is $4 a bottle

It's worth the cost in my opinion. I really like Chi (although it is a little pricey) and Bed Head is pretty good as well if you're looking for something that costs a little less.
