Speed up a divorce (read details)?
My mother's boyfriend is currently going through a divorce. The divorce was supposed to be finished back in January, But for some reason, his soon to be ex-wife is sitting on the divorce, stalling it as long as possible. (probably because as soon as she moves out of his house, my mom and I are moving in)
Anyway, it is a do it yourself divorce, and the papers are completed. but ex-wife wont file them. She says she will give them to mom's boyfriend IF (my mom didnt tell the what IF was)
Point being This stalled divorce is becoming very frustrating to both my mom and I.
I was wondering if there was anything my mom and her boyfriend could do to speed up this divorce?
Oh, and before anyone else says there is not a divorce and he is making it all up to use my mom, she heard the future ex wife say you can have the papers IF.
Also, we have his four grown kids verifying the divorce, AND his future ex in laws.
His 19 year old son happens to be a really good friend of mine and would never lie to me.
Soooo...yeah he is not lying.
and if i see another troll like that i will assure you are banned =D
And one more thing, HIS WIFE KNOWS MY MOTHER AND I EXIST!!!!!!
Not many cheaters will tell their spouse about who they are cheating on them with. DUH.

Why are you even in this? This has nothing to do with you or your mother. Your mother is with a married man. The divorce is between the 2 people who are married, not you or your mother.

initially, that's not the top of the international....you jsut think of it is. If that's your in basic terms offense on your checklist, and you're fifty one years old, i think of you would be ok! i think of you experience responsible and thinking your life is destroyed. that is not. so which you made a mistake, enormous deal! everybody makes errors. i don't understand absolutely everyone who hasn't had in keeping with danger one or 2 or greater drinks and pushed abode. regrettably, all of us do it and now and lower back people get caught. You have been unlucky in that way, yet in addition fortunate you probably did not harm somebody. Take that as your wakeup call taht you ought to not have greater beneficial than one and tension. I discovered that from others that have had it take place to them. Your life is a lot from over, you're a sturdy individual and have lots to stay for. save on trucking!!!!

What makes anyone think that she will be moving out of the house? i agree with the rest...why doesn't he do all this filing...probably because he has no plans to get a divorce and is just using your mom...and you.

Maybe she is still in love with him. God knows why though cos he sounds horrible. Fancy moving in his next girlfriend and kids as soon as she leaves the marital home.
