Is Joe Buck excited b/c he's announcing the Yankee- Dodger game or is he more excited that->?
He's in LA which is Celebrity Land which means he will get his chance to talk more about Celebrities at the game or about Hollywood Movies? My choice is the 2nd one since he cares more about being a Celebrity than a Baseball Announcer.

He's more excited he's in LA. He could care less about being a baseball announcers. I remember seeing a video once, where Joe Buck admitted that he didn't even enjoy baseball anymore, so he clearly is more excited about being in LA. He said that baseball isn't even part of his day or night. But guess what Bud did? Let him continue to announce!

Joe Buck is just excited that he will be at LA announcing that game so he can annoy the baseball fans

Isn't there a new season of Bachelorette on? I swear I saw it advertised...no worries, I'm sure Joe has DVR.
He is more excited at the possibility of seeing stars, he didn't say he doesn't really like baseball and would rather be watching The Bachelorette for kicks and giggles.
You know, once a guy, who has one of the best jobs in the world, slams it like he did, I have no respect left.

I don't follow baseball, but I recognized Joe Buck. I met him for a minute in St. Louis a couple of months ago. He was leaving backstage of a Pearl Jam concert. Eddie dedicated Alive to him, so I guess his fascination must work for him, lol. BTW, he was a really nice guy.
Edit: lol, from reading these other answers you can tell I really don't follow baseball=D

He sucks as an announcer. His catchphrase for football is "depends on the spot," which make no sense at all.
I see it too, him trying to be a celebrity. During games on FOX, I literally think that he thinks he's above Troy Aikman.
And he's even worse at baseball. I can't even watch him announce baseball. Football I can somewhat tolerate, but they gotta get rid of him.
