PayPal has put an order to "pending" from a customer of mine.?

A customer bought quite a lot of stuff from our website and everything has been shipped and now couple of weeks later paypal has put the payment on hold and asked us for tracking number which we have given to them. Wondering what happens now. Usually if something is fishy they send us an email straight after an order has been recieved saying they would like to review this transaction and not to dispatch any items. If i get a chargeback from PayPal I will loose a lot of money..

The customers billing and shipping details are all the same. seemed like a perfectly okay transaction. Now we are very confused.....

    It sounds like the buyer has filed a complaint with paypal, either claiming that the items did not arrive or were damaged. So they may be asking for a refund, which would put their payment to you on hold. You can contact paypal directly about this. Go to paypal, sign in, click the HELP link at the top center. Scroll down on the RIGHT and click the 'Contact us by email/phone' link there. Get a contact # and phone them.
