Does the federal government believe the Kagan confirmation process will be much more than a partisan joke?

It will be the confirmation of a left wing progressive rammed through by the Democrats. Certainly anyone who has watched politics knows this and what the outcome of these hearings will be.

Sen. Leahy stated that a litmus test was not and should not be used in determining the nomination and confirmation process of the left wing Kagan. He is so entrenched in politics, he believes the rhetoric he spews, and this is typical of any of these politicians who tow the party line.
