How long is it to walk from Marble Arch to Oxford Circus?

Less than 10 minutes along Oxford Street when the shops are closed. Double that in the daytime when the shops are open.
If I just want to get from A to B I would not walk along Oxford Street when it is full of people - too frustrating, people getting in your way and bumping into you. Instead I get off Oxford Street as soon as possible by taking one of the turnings on the north side and walking along Wigmore Street to Cavendish Square. Cross the square diagonally and walk along Margaret Street to Regent Street. Turn right and you are at Oxford Circus. Hardly any further, and a much more pleasant walk :)

There isn't an M and S "in Marble Arch" or anywhere near Marble Arch. Its on Oxford Street about half way between Marble Arch tube and Oxford St tube. Topshop is right next to Oxford St tube and Regents St. If you're walking straight from one shop to another, yeah about 15-20 mins depending on how quick you walk and how busy the street is.

Depends if you are shopping. If you don't stop it'll take no longer than 15mins. Don't bother getting on a bus, you will out walk it.

Ten minutes if you can resist the shops. Ten hours if you succumb and pop in a few.
