Can someone please translate this into Spanish for me:?

Please don't leave your clothes in the dryer for an extended amount of time. Thank you.

We have a few hispanic families in our building and the ONE dryer is always full of clothes. I would like the sign to be in English and Spanish. Thanks!

YOu have some options that can be so clear in spanish:

POR FAVOR, NI BIEN TERMINEN DE USAR LA SECADORA, SÍRVANSE RETIRAR SU ROPA. GRACIAS. (Please, as soon as you finish with the dryer, take out your cloths. Thank you)

    or

POR FAVOR, NI BIEN TERMINEN DE USAR LA SECADORA, SÍRVANSE RETIRAR SUS PERTENENCIAS. GRACIAS

(Please, as soon as you finish with the dryer, take out your belongings. Thank you).

    or

POR FAVOR, RETIREN SU ROPA CUANDO TERMINEN DE USAR LA SECADORA. OTROS INQUILINOS TAMBIEN NECESITAN DE USARLA. GRACIAS.

(Please, take out your cloths as soon as you finish using the dryer. Other tenants also need to use it. Thank you).

or if you want to be a bit more agressive:

POR FAVOR, NI BIEN TERMINEN CON LA SECADORA, RETIREN SU ROPA. NO NOS RESPONSABILIZAMOS POR PERDIDAS O DAÑOS. GRACIAS

(Please, as soon as you finish using the dryer, take out your cloth. We will not be responsible of any lost or damage belongings. Thank you).

    Hope this helps. Cheers!

Por favor no deje su ropa en la secadora mas del tiempo debido. Remueva su ropa despues de ser secada. Muchas gracias.

PS. I add: Remove your clothes out the dryer after is dry since we have the same problem here in my building.

@ Raaay: You're missing a prepositional phrasal connector between secadora and mucho.

I'm now not definite methods to say bean dip -- however I can let you know it will more often than not result in "de frijoles"
