The transmission has to be checked and filled from underneath. The engine has to be warmed up to operating temperature, then WHILE RUNNING IN PARK put a pan underneath and remove the LARGE fill plug on the bottom while holding the SMALL plug from turning. If fluid pours out wait until the fluid is only a thin stream or a drip. If no fluid comes out or very little does, shut the engine off and suck up some Mercon-V with a suction gun, squirt it up the fill tube and check again the same way as earlier.
