    I don't suggest doing so but windowblinds is the best application for that purpose.

    highly unlikely this is even possible as windows 98 is 12 years old o.O just upgrade to a OS made this century at least

    im not sure that is possible with out a program or editing windows files

    Really? Pathetic. IT'S NOT POSSIBLE. NO ONE USES 98 ANYMORE. DEAL WITH IT.
