Knee, or shoulder, right in that soft part in the front. The stomach would be terrible, so not 50-50. Not in the thigh though, because that contains major arteries, and will be a semi fast kill. War people didn't know this way back when, and that's why so many soldiers died from simple leg injuries. Payed more attention to the shoulders because they were closer to the heart, but didn't think about all the arteries in the legs.

Source(s): You have a 50% chance of living if you get shot in the stomach, I asked my dad what the best place would be (he is a police officer, so im sure he knows what he is talking about) In the war they didnt have the medical knowledge we have now. If someone was shot int he leg now they would not die. Unless it was from a heart attack from the shock.
