Why don't you just go buy some used tires that only have like 1/2 the tread life left?

many dealers will let you trade back early and some will tac what you owe on your present car and add to your new one, sorta pay now or later. they have a breaking point on leased cars so check with dealer to see if you are even on the trade value and if so than you can trade early , if not than you'll pay for new tires thru leasing a new car, either way you will pay., but if breaking point is good and don't owe anything more than it's a good idea, if not than it's not.
your leased saleperson can tell you for sure, but whan you talk with them don;t tell them yuo want to trade because it needs tires, the less they know the better,

Depends. Some do, some dont.
I seem to recall Honda Finance allowing early termination up to 6 months if you lease another car thru them.
But you wont get the answer unless you call the bank and ask.

You will owe the remaining 5 months payments plus will have to pay for returning it with improper tires.
So you wont save anything. Might as well buy the tires & keep driving it.
