OMG, you can get the flag everywhere in the city around the "Karlsplatz" or "Neuhaeuser Street" and "Kaufinger Street" as well as the MainStation.
Especially now, during Soccer World Championship, German flags you can buy neraly everywhere, alos in grocery stores and shopping malls.
