Do you like the moosewood cookbooks?
have you read the moosewood cookbooks? do you cook out of them? are they a worthwhile investment?
ya, they're vegetarian, some vegan, from the Moosewood restaurant. I took one out from the library and it was fantastic, so I've been wanting to purchase a few, just wondering if others have tried any different ones, you should check them out too.

They are great cookbooks. best place to get them if from Amazon.com You can get some good prices on books there. I hav three of the Moosewood books and use them a lot.

I've had a few recipes from a cookbook of theirs and I think it's pretty good--Worthwhile investment if you like that type of food--Was a bit "fancy" for my tastes, but I'm more of a "simple meal" type person.
If you ever go to Ithaca, NY, check out the actual restaurant--Once again, it was good but wee bit fancy. Pricey too.

I can honestly say that I've never heard of them. Sorry. Are they veg*n cookbooks?
I might check them out if other users here say that they're good.
