I know the name of the song I heard it on the radio and I seen the Video on T.V. The name of the song is Shark in the Water, and the music video showed a carnival; but I don't know the artist who sings it. the Song goes like this: Baby there's a shark in the water and I seen the Video on the Disney channel. I don't think it was Disney Channel you saw it on... You probably saw it on TeenNick (if you live in the US) for the promo of Degrassi: Boiling Points. And it's V.V. Brown's Shark In The Water.
