    actually if it is 3 √ ( -64 [x+1]^3 ) then it is equal to 3 [ 8 { (-x - 1 )√(-x-1)] ...-1 = (-1)^3

you note that for the square root to exist you need [ x +1 ] ≤ 0 ,

    so -x-1 ≥ 0

    you could write it as 24 | x + 1 | √ | x + 1 |

    Do you mean cube root? (3)√(-64(x + 1)^3) = -4 (x + 1)
