I have made my Blog recently. I have posted more than 10 posts. But I have not yet even invited and not yet had any followers or members. Can I now add Adsense to my Blog? or will Google reject my Blog to place Adds when there are no followers or members? Please let me know...

You can add google adsense in your Blog / Website. But Google need the originality and usability of your contents. if your web / blog content profitable for user, and user back back to your website regularly, the google can approve your application. otherwise he reject your application and never allow to you on this programme on future.
Be sure your content can important for all type of user. then you can apply for this programme

This generally don't happen but you must review your content and contact Google adsense team for the same, once you have fully reviewed your site/blog

Be Adsense Publisher requirement is following Google's program policy but not about your site traffic. You can apply it anytime! Read the rules detail before publishing the ads.

Adsense rejections are based on content, not on following/popularity. If your blog is brimming with just spam keywords, or filled with warez, cracks and stuff, it will be rejected.

make 100 genuine posts. wait for sometime for google to index. and then apply for adsense.
