What's a good basic cell phone with ability to text?

I have two friends who need a basic, reasonably-priced cell phone that has a fairly simplistic construction, very easy to use, but with the ability to text. Any good recommendations? Thanks. :-)

  • One of my friend's got a go phone or a track phone and it is very good the phone it's self is about 10$ depending one which kind a flip is 10-20$ but a keyboard is about 100$ i recommend the flip phone then you buy minutes or put money on it it usually comes with 20 or 30 dollars already on it! it cost 20 cents each text you send or receive and 25 cents every minute you talk or if you get the one where you put minutes on your phone it is 30 seconds each text you send and it of course one minute every minute but there is a catch it you talk for 1 minute and like 4 seconds it will take 1 and 30 seconds off hope this helps and there is a website kajeet it is a cell phone service for kids the lowest is 4.99 a month with 10 cents a text the middle is like 14.99 a month with unlimited text (its some kind of sale or something), another one is 19.99 unlimited text and all of these except the next one is 10 cents a minute and the most is 29.99 a month for unlimited text and unlimited calling (its what i have) so i hope your friends get a cell so you guys can keep contact ; ) BYE!!!
