Go to New Caledonia and see some beautiful fenimine healthy ladies the men as well all look healthy. They are French and in New Caledonia in the supermarkets there is mainly healthy food ,very few sweets . Look at the japanese ladies with their beautiful skin they age slowely. Look at the bronze beauties of Australia. They age quicker with getting a lot of sun.
