Sleeve/half sleeve ideas to go with a mermaid?
I've wanted a pinup type tattoo for a couple of years and have finally decided on a mermaid, I was just wondering if anybody had any ideas on what else I could get with it to make a half sleeve or full sleeve. I love traditional tattoos so something traditional would be good. I know it's my body and I should decide, I have my own ideas as well but I want other peoples input too and I'll obviously think about the final design for a long time before getting it.

You could always go with a cool nautical theme. Add in some anchors and fish maybe. I like the octopus thing too. You could even go with a pirate ship.

if your wanting a pin up type thing going then try looking at Sailor Jerry tattoos. google them. I love the nautical Sailor Jerry tats. anchors, diamonds, pirate treasure, pirate ship maybe.
