No. Pic1: you missed a lot on the mouth. It's like you only used 1 size brush and dab it on the mouth. Pic2: It's too grainy to even take notice to color. pic3: once again that brush size problem pic4: the picture itself is blurry. It's not even a good enough picture to pose yet alone edit it. pic5: a little better, but you forgot to re-adjust the brush size to get all of the dress. pic6: pic is blurry, missing parts of the shirts pic7: i see red and blue, but I don't understand what is suppose to be colored. If you're going to color splash photos, then use non blurry/ good photos to begin with and get detailed into your color. Don't just use 1 size brush, click on the picture and your done. Photos don't look good that way.

It's hard to judge pics like those, since they are a mix of gritty realism and 'romantic' atmosphere in the colour splash part. No. 4 in particular is quite domestic in its background.

I think you will find that teens about your age and without any knowledge of good photography will like them and think they are kewl. The serious amateurs and pros will find them to be poor examples of a cliche', overdone and rather outdated technique. I do a few selective color myself from time to time, although not lately. I don't think any of these photos was a particularly good candidate for selective color. If you like them, then have at it and enjoy!

No.. Oh God no.... Terrible quality images to begin with, sloppy editing, and to top it all off, colour splash is just about the tackiest, most cliched, boring, crappy technique ever.
Well, you said be honest.
