iphone/ipod touch users?
ok, i have an ipod touch 2g running 3.1.2 (it's jailbroken so i never updated). i want to go ahead and update to the iOS 4.0 but i dont know of any things that can jailbreak it for a windows computer. so really all i need to know is what can i use to jailbreak an ipod touch 2g running ios 4.0 on a windows computer, is this even possible yet?

jailbreaking with OS 4.0 on a 2G isn't possible as of now.
You can still get the features of the OS 4.0 through cydia tweaks and apps. Also, many apps don't work with the new OS 4.0
My suggestion, stick with your current firmware.

If you have a MC model there isn't anything you can use to jailbreak it but if you have a non MC model you can jailbreak using red snow the way you know what model you have is Go to Settings>General>About and scroll down to where it says model if the first to letters are MC than you can not jailbreak it

i could like an exact good distant own workstation app. no longer some crappy watered down distant own workstation, yet one the place you could actual see the reveal screen.
