How to add data to Sans Disk?

I have a Sans Disk and have added data in the past. Now, I have forgotten how to do it and how to access the Table of Contents, Please help.

    open "my computer".

    There should be a "thing" that says removable disk or sans disk.

    Double click

    add files

    have fun.

    First, I don't know what a <<Sans Disk>> is. If it relates to computers, I request you go there and ask someone knowledgeable about what it is.
