How do you file a Fionce visa?
My man was here for just a few weeks after his visa expired because i went to the hospital for surgery. I was in a coma for 2 weeks (durring that time he wanted to go re apply and come back) Well it seems that they will not let him reapply even giving the fact that i am pregnant and we are supposed to be married in 2 weeks. how can i get him here for the wedding

Assuming you are an American, if he came on a visa, you could go ahead and marry, and then file an I-130 immigrant petition, an I-485 adjustment of status form and an I-765 work authorization form, along with some other odds and ends. They should all be filed together although it isn't cheap, over $1,300. That way he'd be able to stay and get a green card here, assuming everything is approved. If he leaves, he certainly won't be back in 2 weeks, so unless you intend to have the wedding without him, either he stays or you postpone the wedding. Check out www.uscis.gov and go into the form section. look for the I-485 and read through the instruction sheet. lots of important information for you there, and other information in other sections as well.
