Some one is controlling my mouse?

On my window vista, and I am using Norton 360. I even reload to my factory backup. Some one is still controlling my mouse, my computer. I know it is control over internet. Because it stop when I pull plug on my router. What I can do about it? Is window even safe?

Update:

Norton 360 includes all in one securtiy software include antivirus.

    Never mind that Norton is not one of the better products but does is not have a firewall? Find it hard to believe someone is controlling your mouse if you have a firewall set up. If Norton did not give you a firewall PC Tools has a great one for free:

    Isn't Norton 360 only a virus scanner? if so you might need a fully functional anti-virus suite. May i suggest a free online downloadable software thats 100% free and safe directly from the site.

    lemme know if that helps. you could also Restore your computer which could remove some programs or whateveer you added present to that date. But it may also rid you of the virus. But the full security is important!!
