In any state you go to if an officer of the law asks for proper ID you must produce it. I see nothing wrong with Arizona's effort to control the problem they are having, its a cinch the national government isn't doing it.

The difference is that in Arizona even if you a violate a county ordinance, the police can ask for your papers. White people will not be asked, of course.
