    Hello

Im italian i cant speak english very well but i will try to help you.

The surnames Cavazuti and Cavazutti dont exist in Italy, Cavazzutti is extremely rare. I think the correct spell is Cavazzuti.

Most of italian surnames derives from name of cities, name of job/art or physical features.

Cavazzuti is a northern italy surname, spread especially in Emilia Romagna region. This surname is very common in the city of Modena and Carpi. It could derives from the word “cavazza” which means foliage, leafy branch (in local dialect) or dishevelled. So it could be referred to the head of hair of the progenitor. --> example of physical feature surname.

The first appearance of this surname was in 1135. It appears in an act by the Bishop of Modena Fredulfo.

Others says that the surname could derives from the italian verb "cavare" and the latin word "zoccus" (stump/log), so it means tree feller, logger. --> example of job/art surname.

sorry for my english, once again.
