Does anyone else feel like all of professional sports is rigged?
The NBA especially, but FIFA has been biased towards Spain throughout this World Cup. It seems that whatever makes a league or association more money, by coincidence, happens. A Boston/LA finals match up, the Yankees in the World Series, Spain going to the World Cup final, New Orleans & Indianapolis in the Super Bowl (the most watched television programming event of all time). Anyone else feel like professional sports are just another business?

nba and fifa are the 2 worst leagues in the world. not that they are bad (well, the nba is), but the same teams win. only 5, soon to be 6, teams have won a fifa championship and less than 1/3 of nba teams have too. and the teams that are in the finals in fifa arent non- traditional powerhouse teams either. the good teams only get better and the bad teams only stay the same or get worse. the nfl is different though. the colts, new orleans and the cardinals, who are traditionally bad teams at least made or won the superbowl. out of all the teams though, there are only 3 teams who havent had an appearence in the superbowl. 2 of them being the jags and texans. and the ufc, golf, tennis (occasionally) and nascar (YES ITS A SPORT) have people who you never heard of win major games. baseball is ok in terms of teams makinging it to the world series. so they are not totally rigged, but the main purpose is to make a profit off of the sports since it costs huge amounts of money to keep players playing.
