I am tryna get in shape. I cover 8 kilometers every day walking and jogging consecutively (300m jog / 200m walk). Is it good to drink 2-3 glasses of Tang after this kind of exercise?

The drink is high in sugar but comprises no fats. The total amount of carbohydrates in a tablespoon is 24.6g.

Sugar and calories aren't the only things you need to worry about. Tang, as far as I know, is LOADED with preservatives. Those are never good for you, although you may not see the effects of them immediately.
Instead, try making a fruit smoothie with yogurt, fruit, juice, and some ground flaxseeds. You get sugars here too, but you get the natural kind. You also get lots of vitamins, antioxidants, protein, fiber, and omega 3s.
Keep up the walking/jogging/running, that is very healthy! Make sure you get the right kind of shoes if you run.

While 8 glasses is said to be the norm, drinking too much water will harm you and possilby kill you. If you are walking around with a bottle of water and keep drinking it forcefully thinking "water is good, why not drink more and more" then you could potentially disturb the ion balance in your body and cause severe problems. On the other hand dehydration is possible, but not likely for people who do not drink that much water. I would say when you are a little thirsy, drink some water. If you drink lots of caffiene or alcohol then consume a little more water. Drinking too much water can kill you, not drinking enough will not kill you. 8 glasses of water varies by sooooo many criterias. Are you 300 lbs or 100 lbs, do you run in the blaring sun?

It's been eons since I've had Tang. How much Tang are you putting in each glass of water?
FWIW, I'm seeing the 92 calorie count for two teaspoons--2/3 of a tablespoon--of Tang.
184 to 276 calories is a whole lot of relatively empty calories, mostly sugar, for someone trying to get in shape. You'd do better to drink water to slake the thirst you built up working out and save the Tang for a final half-glass of something nice, a small reward.

You really shouldn't be drinking too much sugary drinks. It's unnecessary calories. Cut down the tang to once per day (at least.) Add more water and flavoured water to your diet instead.
