need help on my naya ally deck (need to win this friday!!!)?

my main problem are mass removal decks like cruel grixis, jund, decks that burn my creatures(RDW, boros). please help me with what to board in and what to board out when playing against this decks i mentioned

note:

i got no problem playing against aggro decks, my only problem is when playing against decks who takes out my creature one by one. i've been playing FNM's and i've been losing on the very last match of the night

need help on how i can enhance my SB, thanks in advance
