URGENT!!! What's a word that means this?

I'm writing an article about my company and I need to say that x and y are heading it. They share the responsibility of the company. Use headed as there are two ppl. What words or expressions could I use

Update:

sorry I meant I cant use headed because there are two people

Update 2:

also as I'm writing an article I dont want to say 'X and Y share the responsiblity of AA company' just like that. I need a more tactful way of saying it. Like ' .................. by X and Y, AA company strives to give its clients a com[lete travel experience'

Depends on their exact function. co-owners, co-presidents, co-founders, co-chairmen, you could even say co-heads.
