Well the Poconos is a very large area. And Milford is in the Poconos.

It's across the river from Montague, NJ. And not that far from Matamoras, PA or Port Jervis, NY.

Actually, Milford is considered to be located on the Eastern border of the Poconos. So, you'd actually be there. However, the Poconos is a large area. And you could drive many miles to get to other parts. Be more specific. Where in the Poconos would you want to go?

The largest and closest town would be Port Jervis, New York, about 7 miles away.

Bushkill Falls is a resort area known for its beauiful waterfalls, which you can climb up and see.

A longer ride would take you to Stroudsburg, a nice size town. If you go up North you could get to the Catskills and be in Monticello.

It's almost 46 miles or about an hour by car.
