    A linear function is written as: y = mx+b, where m is the slope and b is the y-intercept.

    1.) 3x+2y = 6

    2y = 6-3x

    y = 3-3/2x

    2.) 9y = x-4

    y = (x-4)/9

    3.) 3y+x = -21

    3y = -x-21

    y = -(x+21)/3
