How do I treat an aching hand like this?
I just went off the diving board at my park pool and went to dive again. I fell where to where two concrete slabs met. I landed on both of my hands but my right hand took most of the impact. I can usually bend my hand to where my pinkie and thumb can touch. I can barely do it with my hand. It aches a lot. It's not broken or anything so I just want to treat it where that pain goes away. I'm 5 foot 2 inches and I fell pretty fast. I skinned my knees and foot pretty badly too, but I treated that. How do I treat my right hand?

Do you have ice packs?? cause your gonna need 1!!! i recommend putting neosporin on it if u have it or just put it on a pillow... this happened to me only it wasn't my hand it was my acrylic nails and all of them ripped off :(... im 5'3 so i think i no what your talkin about!! i feel so bad i was in that situation to i cant imagine what i would do if i were u i'd probably go to a drugstore and show them your hand and ask what u should put on it!
