I am trying to have a garden in the front of my house.?

It gets sun all day long and every flower I plant lives for about a month dies. I water every night so the ground is moist but not sloppy. What is a good hardy flower that is almost impossible to kill? I live in Pa so the summer months are usually 75-90 degrees.

You are probably watering too often. Two or three times a week is more than adequate for most plants.

The easiest plants for us to grow are day lilies, vincas, zinnias and petunias.

How is the soil - perhaps you need to amend it with compost/ manure. You should not need to water every day, except when you first planted.

Daffodils(plant in fall), daylilies, asters, Lavender, cosmos, poppies, iris, sunflowers are all good candidates

You're molding the plants. Overwatering, and causing mold to grow.

Plants should be watered in the daytime. They should not have wet leaves when it's dark!
