The waiting is killing me! I remember the 1st chapter of Catching Fire was available online.

I actually don't know the answer to your question....but I wanted to say that I really, really hope they do release the first chapter. I got the second book just after it came out so the waiting has been KILLING me!
Although, I'm thinking maybe it would make the waiting worse if I read the first chapter. Because really, if I have a taste of Mockingjay, I'm only going to want more. So maybe I'll just wait. :)
