I've been using a samsung lcd tv as a computer monitor. I just recently purchased a 40" samsung lcd tv?

When I use the remote control it controls both lcd's simultaneously. How can I stop this?

    Unplug one.

Because anyone with two TVs will make a remote control think the person wants to control both at the same time :P

No seriously though - you'll just have to program a second remote for one of the TVs---

If you've already done that, then your real only option would be to put something like electrical tape over the infrared sensor on the TV you don't want to be controlled by the remote.

hi, that sounds like a better recent style yet I extremely have the 32" samsung LNT3253H and that i had it connected to my workstation as a secondary video show. I had to regulate it to the right evaluation and brightness. It became too darkish for some videos. i imagine it appeared very well. i'd not use it for gaming because i already have a 20" with decision of 1680x1050 and that i'd really have the better decision.

You can't; they both respond to the same signal. One solution would be to cover the sensor on the computer's monitor with black tape.
