i have gained about 40lbs, and about 10 of it are because im overdue now, and my feet and hands are just now beginning to swell.

you will loose much weight all your going to have to worry about is just loosing a little weight.

your baby's weight (aprox 8 pounds) and the placenta (about 10 pounds) and lots of blood. You will loose about 20 pounds immediately. Then another 5 pounds just by breast feeding (that burns tons of calories) You will prob only need to work at loosing 15 pounds (25 pounds will go away naturally within 2 weeks after you give birth)
