Slow blues sax songs?
I was wondering if anyone knew any slow blues sax songs? I just finished watching Moscow on the Hudson and there was an unbelievable song playing when Vlad an Lucia were dancing in Vlad's apartment, it was a blues sax song accompanied by a piano. Thanks for any help. Cheers.

There aren't many blues tracks tht are just sax from beginning to end - probably because this would diminish the impact of the "sax solo" component. One of my favorite blues-sax breaks is:
"Long as I can see the Light" by Creedence Clearwater revival.
Another is the break in" Money" by Pink Floyd from DSOTM
There are also some excellent blues breaks by Bobby Keys in several Rolling Stones songs.
As mentioned above, Ace Cannon is worth seeking out, even Boots Randolph has some bluesy moments...
