Vitamin B12
Daily requirements: 1-2 microgram (mgm)
Rich sourses: Milk, meat and liver.
Essential functions: Formation of blood.
Deficiency symptoms: Pernicious anemia.
Folic acid
Daily requirements: 5 mgm.
Rich sources: Green vegetables, liver and pulses.

Ummm I don't think there are foods that make your body produce more blood.
If you're concerned about losing iron on your period, you can take an iron supplement from the drugstore or eat leafy greens like spinach.

Blood meaning red blood cells they really get produced faster and pump smoother by getting a lot of vitamen b12 and folic acid
foods that can really help would be FISH great for the headaches
any type of Liver ( probably the number 1 in all vitamens )
molusces
chicken
beef
vitamen b12 deficiancy slows down blood production etc... b12 is found in all meats but more in fish and livers
you must remember to always drink WATER AND LOTS OF WATER! crystal light it if you must but it might dehydrate you more just please remember to drink lots of water it cures everything
