2 yr Old daughter has a Bug Bite.. or What?
My two year old adopted daughter had what we believed to be a mosquito bite on her leg when we put her to bed last night. She had a great deal of trouble sleeping... though we are unsure if the bite had anything to do with that. Upon waking she was expressing pain at the bite. In addition, what looked like a mosquito bite last night now looks different. There looks to be a serious of tiny blisters at the crown of the raised bite, and they appear to be breaking (probably from her scratching the area) and oozing clear fluid.
Of course our concern is the possibility of a dangerous spider bite. Any advise?
Tina: It's interesting that you mention an asian remedy. My daughter happens to be Chinese. Would this be used coffee grinds you are talking about?
We are waiting on a call from her doctor now.

If may be childhood eczema. I had it and get it periodically still, although much more in my 20's.
My mother's lifelong case of it left her in tears, wringing her hands.
There is the dry kind and the 'weeping" kind like I had.
I do hope she is feeling much better soon! Shall be thinking of her today :)

Take her to the doctor. She is only 2 and she needs to see a doctor it could be potentially dangerous. There is a asian remedy where we put coffee on any open wounds, and leave it there for 10minutes, you could try that.
