cut-off shorts and boots.
a frilly pale skirt and sandals.
super-skinny jeans and a leather jacket.

Leather jacket,skinny jeans or shorts (dark blue), and for shoes converse or pumps but long boots will even look amazing. A big chunky belt and some big bangels and a big ring with a long necklace will make the look amazing.

in the fall it'd look absolutely adorable with colored leggings.
and in the summer, wear with shorts and drape it over your shorts by tucking half of it in.
