When someone posts and shares all old pics when they were 80lbs lighter is it same to assume they are a liar?

Even if you don't think they are lying to you directly aren't they lying to themselves? I can see maybe having a few old pics when you were more in shape, but I'm talking about the people who post or send you 100% of older pics without telling you. Couldn't that be grounds of thinking that person is not honest and if honesty is something you look for you should just move on.
