I only got one dose of the chicken pox shot as a baby, and I`m 18 now?

I`m pretty sure that I only received one dose of the vaccine in my childhood. I think I might want to get the booster because everybody I know says they`ve gotten the chicken pox, so I`m guessing its a pretty common disease to catch.

Can I still get the booster at age 18? I`ve always heard that chicken pox is much worse when you are older than when you are a baby, so I definately don`t want it.

well, you can get the booster now. My kid got a booster and he is 16. so you are not too far off. It won't hurt you anyhow.
