Yeah I should probably have written it better. Everything seems to work ok but after I take the pictures I want I turn the camera off then when i want to use it again the "reinsert memory card" message shows and i have to turn the camera off then on again before i can use it.

Are you writing us a story or what? Are you saying your camera tells you to reinsert your card over and over?
If that's what your saying try another card and see what happens. If you get the same message then there's something wrong with the camera - perhaps a bad connection in the card slot.
